We have a qualified pool of sixty five consultants. Most of these are IT professionals having specific individual expertise  in different areas like Systems Analysis, Software Architecture Design, Support Systems Design, Programming, Interface Design, Database Management, Networking and Security Technologies, web Technologies etc. Apart from these cores IT professionals we have a strong team of managers from various functional areas. A typical project team at RIL consists of Systems analysts supported by relevant functional area experts, software architects, programmers, technical writers, multimedia artists, if required, a team leader and a client service executive. All these people are well qualified, with most of them having graduate and post-graduate degrees in Engineering, Computer Sciences or management.

Our consultants undergo a tough training and assessment course lasting well over sixteen weeks prior to be put on any assignment. The training includes multi-disciplinary courses which range from core technology issues like transport layer architecture for wide area networks to everyday social issues like Organizational  Behavior. Training is a religion with us. Every RIL consultant returns to the training bench after a fixed interval. These refresher courses do not only focus on new and emerging technologies, but they also touch upon the already known skills. We understand that our clients have varied demands and we also have to service the clients who have not opted for up-gradation of technology. Hence, we have very good expertise in legacy systems too. This also helps us in undertaking up-scaling and right-sizing projects.
